G Suite has it's own versions of software to match Microsoft documents. It has Docs (Word), Sheets (Excel), Slides (Powerpoint) and the projects can be exported to be compatible with Microsoft software if desired. The only downside to Google's Docs, Sheets and Slides is that a consistent internet connect is required to edit files. This makes it impossible to edit and organise files while being offline. G Suite has Drive to store all your files in a similar fashion to Drop Box. One of the best features is that G Suite is great for when working in conjunction to an android phone. Zoho is the budget level for email hosting but comes with a load of features. Zoho has a Sales and Marketing and Finance section that can be accessed with the right level of subscription. As part of the Email subscription it has Docs (Word), Sheet (Excel), Show (Powerpoint) as part of getting ready for work. Zoho has Zoho WorkDrive that is similar to Drop Box. Additional Apps like Projects helps keep track of projects and time lengths within detail. It is a great time tracker. Bug Tracker is great for website developers and designers who can track bugs within their software. There are other great additional apps that can be used for productivity as well.
